Refund policy

Please note that returns will only be accepted within 15 days of invoice date, and must be accompanied by original invoice. No exceptions will be accommodated. Quotation is only valid for 7 days. By accepting the invoice, making a payment and receiving delivery of your product, the above mentioned terms and conditions are accepted. Shipping will take approximately 3 to 7 working days based on stock availability in our store or at the another location. Please note that all customer requests to be refunded will incur a 10-20% handling fee deducted for wasted costs (Banking Cost/Settlement Cost/Refund Cost/Shipping Cost)
